These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile applications developed or published by Finlogiaa (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), and any services made available therein (“Services”). By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App or Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the App.

2. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the App after changes become effective will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Use of the App and Services

You may use the App and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Interfere with the App’s operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.

4. User Account and Registration

Some features may require you to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may be accessible through a paid subscription or one-time in-app purchase. Payments are processed by third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) and governed by their respective terms.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription via your platform account settings.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the payment platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and code, are the exclusive property of Finlogiaa or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

The App may contain third-party content, advertisements, or links to external services. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party services and are not liable for any loss or damage caused by your use of them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Finlogiaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App or Services. In any case, our liability shall not exceed INR 4,000.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Please review it carefully  Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Navi Mumbai, India, for any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the App.
