END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

These End User License Agreement ("EULA") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Finlogiaa ("Company") governing your use of our mobile applications ("App") and the services offered therein ("Services").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE EULA

By downloading, installing, or using the App and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, you must not use the App and must uninstall it.

2. AMENDMENTS

We may update this EULA from time to time. Changes become effective upon the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. Continued use after any updates constitutes acceptance.

3. APP & SERVICES

Depending on the App, Services may include: photo/video editing, personalization tools, utilities, accessibility functions, and more. The App may include third-party advertisements ("Third-Party Ads"), which can change over time.

4. REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT

You may be required to create an account or log in via a third-party platform (e.g., Google, Facebook). You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activities under your account.

You must:
  • Provide accurate information
  • Update your details as needed
  • Supervise account use and restrict unauthorized access

We reserve the right to reclaim usernames or suspend accounts if terms are violated.

5. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some features may require payment via one-time fees or subscriptions. Subscription details, pricing, renewal terms, and trial offers are detailed in the App store listings.

Key points:
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
  • Manage or cancel via your App Store (Google Play or Apple ID) settings.
  • No partial refunds for mid-term cancellation.
  • Purchases are non-transferable between platforms (e.g., Android and iOS).

Refunds are subject to our policy and must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed via Google Play or Apple Store as applicable.

6. LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
All rights in the App, including trademarks, software, and content, remain the property of the Company or its licensors.

You may not:
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App
  • Remove or alter copyright notices
  • Use the App in violation of applicable laws

7. USER REPRESENTATIONS & ACCEPTABLE USE

By using the App, you confirm:
  • You are 13+ years old (or as required by local law)
  • You have authority to agree to this EULA
  • You will not engage in prohibited or unlawful activities using the App
  • You will not attempt to interfere with, hack, or misuse the App

8. DISCLAIMER

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Use is at your sole risk.
We are not liable for third-party content, system errors, or service availability.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finlogiaa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, business interruption). Total liability is capped at USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

10. UPDATES & CHANGES

We may automatically update or revise the App. We are not obligated to provide prior notice and shall not be liable for any impact these changes may have.

11. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finlogiaa, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of this EULA.

12. TERMINATION

You may terminate this EULA by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. All data may be deleted upon termination.

13. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference, explains how we collect, use, and share your data.

14. ADDITIONAL REPRESENTATIONS

You confirm that your use of the App complies with this EULA, Finlogiaa's policies, and all applicable laws.

15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ​India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Navi Mumbai, India. Claims must be filed within 12 months of the event.

16. MISCELLANEOUS
  • This EULA is the entire agreement between you and Finlogiaa.
  • If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • We may transfer rights under this EULA; you may not.
  • No waiver of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of subsequent breaches.
